This project concerns the interface between the formal syntax and semantics of natural language; the aim is to develop a novel theory of argument coordination and noun phrase plurality and to extent it to coordination of various types of predicates and of mass nouns, exploring cross-linguistic variation and issues in the interpretation of functional categories
